Performance & Energy Presentation

by

I’m pleased and excited to announce the first of what is planned to be a series of free presentations in Bozeman, MT on topics of health, energy, performance, nutrition, stress and more.

In collaboration with Dr Jeff Green of Big Sky Integrative Health, I’ll be offering an hour-long presentation on Monday, March 19th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Bozeman Public Library. This event will be free and open to the public.

This first presentation will focus on the topics of Performance and Energy; what they mean, their implications and how we can get and maintain higher levels of both. We’ll touch on things that can effect energy levels like sleep, stress and food. We’ll offer some free and low-cost, easily accessible and doable hacks to enhance sleep, lower stress levels and modify your diet and the ways you think about food all to enhance your energy and performance.

Our intention for these events is to offer a framework and base you can use to grow awareness around and take back responsibility for your own health. We intend to offer highly digestible and accessible information you can incorporate immediately and which will create both short and long term, quantifiable benefits to your health and energy.

This is not an offer of a “quick-fix” for what ails you. This is an opportunity to discover new ways in which to view health, energy and your role in how to increase and maintain both for yourself.

Please join us for this interesting and enjoyable evening and come away with some real, actionable strategies for increasing your energy levels and creating a basis of healthy habits for yourself.

Monday, March 19th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Bozeman Public Library.
